Founded by Murilo Bustamante, Ricardo Liborio, Mario Sperry and Luis Roberto Duarte.BTT endured an intense rivalry with Chute Boxe Academy which started from Muay Thai, while BTT had strong roots in bjj / jiu jitsu from Carlson Gracie.
BTT, like Chute Boxe has fallen on hard times with much of the talent, such as the Noguiera brothers leaving the team including one of the founders Mario Sperry.
